It's located on the hill top overlooking the village with easy walking access via pathways to village shopping, the golf course, bowls club and a choice of beaches. You can listen to the birds chirping and the sound of the waves rolling in. With splendid views, on the upper level there is a well- equipped, open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room, with easy access to the front and back decks. The back deck is equipped for alfresco meals with a gas barbecue, dining setting and casual furniture. There is a spacious main bedroom with a queen bed on this level offer as well as a second bedroom with a double bed.
