Belaire Place has twenty, large (78-82sqm), one bedroom self contained motel apartments on five levels – but don’t worry, we have a lift, (from the underground secure carpark to each level), or you can take the stairs if you insist!
We have one apartment that has been specifically built to cater for wheelchair users or guests with mobility problems. This apartment is exactly the same as all the other apartments except it has a bathroom with a walk-in, no lip, shower with grab handles and removable showerhead, grab handles around the toilet, a shower/toilet chair (upon request), and a removable ramp to allow access to the balcony.
Each motel apartment has an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, with a separate bedroom with either a queen or king bed, (please note our king beds can be split into twin beds on request in some apartments), a separate bathroom with a bath and an over-the-bath shower (one with a spa bath), and a hairdryer. Each kitchen has an under-the-counter fridge, microwave, ovenette with two hotplates, toaster, jug/kettle and crockery and cutlery etc. The apartments have air-conditioning and ceiling fans, and each apartment is allocated a parking space in our secure underground carpark – (height 2.1m), however please note that there is just one carpark space per apartment.
