Providing practical guidance for everyday living, Geshe Tsultrim draws on his experience and insight to highlight the essence of Buddhist philosophy. Each Wednesday morning, Geshe-la simplifies teachings from a Buddhist text to give you practical techniques and guidelines for heart-centred living every day. You can come with no prior knowledge of Buddhism. Classes are open to everyone, regardless of religious affiliation or current knowledge of Buddhism. Established 1974, Chenrezig Institute is a centre for Buddhist study, meditation, retreat and practice nestled in the foothills of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. The Institute is home to a Tibetan Geshe (Lama), a large community of ordained Sangha (monks and nuns), students, residents, volunteers, retreat goers and guests.
