We had an amazing adventure during our fly and sail package. The charter flight was truly spectacular and the close up view over the top of the reef was breathtaking. The pilot was excellent and we felt completely safe. Lots of commentary, incredible views of the islands with marine life in plain sight and Whitehaven Beach and Heart Reef views were amazing. The sunset sail with Providence was also a treat. The yacht is traditionally beautiful and the whole experience was relaxing and really special. This tour was a highlight of our trip and we would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

The pilot on our flight was awesome and great experience as a family. The sail was good but be nice if kids could have a drink on arrival too.

We had a great day! The flight out over the islands and the Great Barrier Reef was stunning and you get your money’s worth. The boat tour with Kurt, Dimy and Captain Mark was great, the lunch was very nice, the walking tour, trip to Whitehaven and the snorkelling were all very enjoyable. Recommend this tour to any age group.

It says 3 hours on the ticket. By the time you have to drive all the way to Proserpine it takes much longer. Had to cancel the sail as a result because we had dinner plans. Was refused a refund on the sail portion.... Much better off picking one of the flights that go from Airlie airstrip.

The 1 hour scenic flight was amazing, the weather was perfect and we got some fabulous photos, we were on the larger plane which was more comfortable. I would recommend this flight to anyone wanting to tick the Great Barrier Reef off their bucket list.

The Reef and Whitehaven from the air! Astounding!! We have been all over the Whitsundays for 3 decades but had never taken a flight before. Totally blew our minds to see it from this perspective, thank you. Ps your female transit bus driver is AWESOME!!

.We all met at the harbour late in the afternoon and did the sunset sail part of our activity first as our Barrier Reef flight was delayed due to high winds. We motored out of the harbour and raised the sails, then enjoyed the silence as the engine was turned off. The views looking back towards Airlie Beach were impressive with the sun going down and a glass of bubbly with cheese and dips to snack on. The crew were friendly and told us details of the history of Providence, the twin masted, wooden hulled yacht we were sailing on as we slowly rounded the bay. Extra drinks were available for purchase so we chugged a few more down. The next day the wind had dropped enough for our flight over the Barrier Reef and Whitsunday Islands. You really need to see this from the air to appreciate the scale and beauty from above. And of course we saw the famous ‘heart shaped reef’! Really enjoyed our experience:)

Please know that seeing the reef and Whitsundays islands from the air is worth every penny. Diving in the reef is fun but with GSL aviation they fly you close.to the reef especially the heart reef. The pictures we took from above will end up on our walls in our home. Professional crew especially the Pilot and just an amazing way for use to start our reef trip. Sunset cruise on Providence is a class act and just a beautiful way to end the day. We absolutely enjoyed a gorgeous sunset and though there was not alot of wind the crew dropped Providence beautiful sails and let our 8 year old daughter help. Food and champagne on board was a nice touch. Just a great day to see the sunset over Arlie Beach. GSL aviation is a really a give star organization. Really worth it especially when it came to the organizing the Flight and allowing our Infant safe travels over the reef. As mentioned seeing the reef from above was a real treat before swimming in the reef the next day. We love the low pass of a very capable powerful aircraft to fly safely and beautifully over the reef.

That was a wonderful experience with amazing team. Everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful. All day was different experience for me. Especially thanks to captain Amy and Kurt. If you have limited day this tour will satisfied.
